Presskopf from Alsace, or head cheese, is a delicate French speciality made with fresh meats in jelly.


This vacuum packaged fresh product must be kept refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C. It will be sent in an isothermal package with cold packs.

 

Weight: ca. 0,200 kg

Ingredients: pig head, gelatine, salt, flavour enhancer, glutamate, glucose syrup, white wine and Madeira wine on maltodextrine, yeast extract, flavouring substances, citric acid, caramel E150.

Use-by date: 21 days from the manufacturing date (generally on monday before shipping day).
