Dispatch and delivery

 

Delivery times are calculated in working days.

 

All orders received on the website of MyElsass.com for dispatch to France (Monaco, Andorra and overseas provinces) are processed and dispatched on the day of confirmation of receipt of payment, i.e. on the day after the order was placed or at the latest after the next remote collection (the banking procedure through which deposits can be confirmed and which is activated every night from Monday to Friday). MyElsass.com undertakes to deliver the articles which have been ordered by the customer and paid for within the specified time. If these articles have not been delivered within 7 days of the delivery date scheduled when the order was placed, and if this delay is not attributable to force majeure, the customer can cancel the purchase by sending an email to the following address: service@myelsass.com. The amount paid by the customer will then be refunded in full. Dispatch to the overseas provinces is carried out by the parcel delivery service “Colissimo” with reduced postal charges; as the French post office (La Poste) is not obliged to keep deadlines, we cannot guarantee a delivery time of 7 days.

 

All orders received on the website of MyElsass.com for dispatch abroad (except France and overseas provinces) are processed on the day of confirmation of receipt of payment, i.e. on the day after your order or at the latest after the next remote collection (the banking procedure through which deposits can confirmed and which is activated every night from Monday to Friday) and dispatched every week on Monday and Thursday. Dispatch is carried out per DHL Deutschland from Germany. If these articles have not been delivered within 7 days of the delivery date scheduled when the order was placed, and if this delay is not attributable to force majeure, the customer can cancel the purchase by sending an email to the following address: service@myelsass.com. The amount paid by the customer will then be refunded in full.

 

The customer is obliged to check the condition of the articles delivered.

Any deficiencies or anomalies observed with regard to the articles (damage, missing articles compared to the delivery note, damaged or opened packaging, breakages, faulty articles…) must be reported to us within 3 days after delivery.

 

If any packaging has been damaged the customer should accept the goods delivered only under reserve and indicate this reserve on the delivery note of the carrier. The transfer of responsibility takes place when the articles are handed over to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Due to some restrictions with regard to weight, robustness of the packaging and a surcharge for dispatch to some countries depending on the weight, the delivery charges for a parcel are based on a standard calculation. As soon as the maximum weight is reached a second parcel is prepared, so you receive 2 parcels or even 3 according to the weight in the table above.
